Vacation is only a little more than three weeks away!

Instead of always looking back at what's happened, today I'm looking forward. Three weeks until vacation!! On Sunday I fly up to Bishkek for a week of work up in my project office, then I spend a week back in Osh, then another week in Bishkek (likely), and then.... BALI! Ryan and I scooped up tickets back in October, Ryan's idea entirely, and we're headed to Bali for the Christmas and New Year's holiday. We're departing December 24th out of Almaty, KZ and returning January 8th. Bali, for those of you who are doing a separate search right now to identify it's location, is a small island that's part of Indonesia. Ryan and I went there in 2010 as part of our SE Asia tour. (I also had to search about it when we went the first time, having never really pinpointed its location.) This will be Ryan's third trip back and my second. Bali has great beaches, a vibrant culture, awesome coffee, fresh fruit, fresh seafood, good shopping, and exotic things to do and see. A perfect vacation spot for relaxing and unwinding. The best part? Our close friend from Washington, DC, Aimee, is vacationing with us!
